Peter Lucier is the Hearing Aid Specialist and Owner of Hearing Aid Specialists of the Central Coast, located in Atascadero, California, established in 2002.
Growing up in San Luis Obispo, Peter developed an interest in hearing health while still in high school, after watching a close friend's father struggle with severe hearing loss. He trained at Starkey Labs' world headquarters, working hands-on with company founder Bill Austin, and later traveled to Denmark to learn directly from European hearing aid manufacturers.
In 2002, he and his wife Nicole opened their first private practice, North County Hearing Aid Center. After several years with a large corporate hearing company, he returned to private practice, drawn back to the more personalized, patient-centered setting he'd built his career on. He remains active in conferences and training seminars to stay current with evolving hearing aid technology.
Peter Lucier specializes in hearing evaluations, hearing aid fittings, hearing aid adjustments, on-site hearing aid repair, and mobile house call services for patients in Atascadero and San Luis Obispo, California.
